PR2 testing has been specifically designed for components which will be commissioned in remote and hostile environments. We have a large Environmental Chamber for component testing size H1800mm x W1800mm x D2000mm where we can test within the temperature range -60 deg c to 180 deg c and gas test pressures 21,000psi.

Performance verification testing of:

• Wellheads
• Sub Sea Components
• Valves
• Actuators
• Seals

Associated qualifications to PR2 stringent level, for example, specification API 6A, Appendix F (PR2) ADI 6D.

This type of test elevates the component to extreme high and low temperatures whilst dynamically cycling the component under various pressure conditions, checking the integrity of the seals and mechanics of the component. The PR2 test gives engineers absolute confidence that their components can withstand harsh environments throughout their working life.
