High temperature performance testing can be carried out at elevated temperatures with  cyclic testing to simulate operating conditions or extreme temperatures in order to prove that critical components can cope in emergency situations.

Our capabilities include the control of temperatures that range from Ambient to 660°C. The temperatures can be controlled at highly accurate ramping rates to within 1°C.

Total control is maintained throughout the range, with or without the application of high pressure gas.

At all times, the components are protected against the potential of over-pressurisation or over-temperature.

Records are kept throughout the duration of the tests with Temperature, Pressure and Leak Rates  all being logged in real time.
