Our state-of-the-art facility offers high pressure gas testing up to 30,000psi in complete safety.

All components under test are lowered into safety pits which are isolated behind solid concrete walls and locked doors.

Personnel and inspectors reside in our remote control room, which contains Vaseco custom built computer operated software and CCTV equipment. Our prime consideration is to protect all personnel involved with the project.

Gas Testing: Typically 100% Nitrogen

Leak Detection: Using 100% Helium or Nitrogen – Helium mixture gases

Seat leakages at high and low pressures are measured by rotometers and electronic mass flow transducers. All equipment is traceable to National Standards.
